Agra Red Fort

After Fathepur we drove into Agra. We had a quick lunch at a local restaurant. It was pretty funny, as we strolled in the waiters kicked out a foreign couple as they were finishing dessert. After lunch, we headed straight to the Agra red fort, which had an amazing view of the Taj and it was simply beautiful. This was where shah jahaan was imprisoned by his son. His only request was to have a view of the Taj which is a memorial to his wife Mumtaz. We sped through the fort quickly because we were trying to get to the Taj as quickly as possible. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
